Our Vision

To be Australian leaders in high quality electrical project delivery and applied innovation for the resources, energy, engineering and construction sectors, while maximising value through excellence and cost-efficiency.

Our approach enables us to work healthily and safely in industry sectors that are inherently hazardous.

Health and Safety

IES is committed to maintaining a Health and Safety Management System that is certified as compliant with ISO 45001.

We develop health and safety management plans for all our work locations that ensure hazard identification and risk management are part of our daily operations.

These plans specify the minimum requirements that IES expect to be implemented to ensure any risks to the health and safety of our personnel are either eliminated or minimised so far as is reasonably practicable.

Developing environmentally sustainable solutions is a key focus for IES. We strive for greener energy solutions, reduced carbon footprints, and the efficient use of resources.

Our work is designed and completed with the environment in mind, backed by our ISO 14001 certified Environmental Management System and our Environmental Policy.

Community Engagement

We are committed to corporate social responsibility and value the communities in which we operate. As an equal opportunity employer, we ensure there is no discrimination in recruitment, remuneration, training and promotion and have a track record of recruiting and developing local and indigenous talent.

Locally owned and operated, we strive to utilise local businesses and support local charities.
