By signing this Record you acknowledge that you have completed the IES Corporate HSEQ Induction (IES-BS-CO-PRE001), you understand the information provided and will implement / abide by the requirements specified. If you have any concerns or require any further clarification about the implementation of the information you have been provided you will consult with the HSEQ Coordinator or your Supervisor.

Once you have signed this Acknowledgement it will be recorded in the IES Training Register and a record maintained in your Personnel File.
