Hazard Identification

  • Be aware of work Hazards prior to and during all work activities.

  • ​Report ALL hazards verbally to your Supervisor and if required by using a Hazard Report Card.

  • Whenever hazards are identified the Hazard and Risk Management Process (IES-BS-IMS-MAP310) is to be implemented to ensure that the associated risks are effectively controlled.

  • As an incentive IES rewards Personnel who report the Hazard judged by Management to be the best each month.
