Risk Assessment

Risks are to be systematically assessed by undertaking a risk assessment (i.e. Critical Risk Assessment Workshop [CRAW], Safe Work Method Statement [SWMS], Job Hazard Analysis [JHA], Take-5).

​All identified hazards and risks are recorded in the relevant Site / Project specific Risk Register.

As a minimum all work is required to be risk assessed using a personal situational risk assessment (e.g. Take-5).
