PERMIT TO WORK

Any Project activities undertaken at Client controlled Project work sites that require a formal Permit to Work (PTW) (including Isolation / Lock-out / Tag-out, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Work at Height) will be done using the Clients PTW procedures.

​Permits are not required at IES controlled Sites (i.e. Perth and Port Hedland Workshops). All work at these locations is to be authorized by the relevant Site Manager or Supervisor, conducted after completion of a SWMS or JHA and as specified by relevant Policies, Procedures, Processes and supporting documentation.

No work activities undertaken at Client controlled Project work sites requiring a PTW will be commenced until a PTW is completed and work is authorised by the Client.
