PERMIT TO WORK

  • Any Project activities undertaken at Client controlled Project work sites that require a formal Permit to Work (PTW) (including Isolation / Lock-out / Tag-out, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Work at Height) will be done using the Clients PTW procedures.

  • No work activities undertaken at Client controlled Project work sites requiring a PTW will be commenced until a PTW is completed and work is authorised by the Client.
